Awareness of Celiac Disease is on the rise, and so is diagnosis. It is said that
1 in 133 have Celiac Disease. In May 2011, the Canadian Celiac Association Edmonton
Chapter compiled a toolkit to help you, the patient, screen for Celiac disease.
This screening tool is intended to help you in documenting your symptoms, advocating
for your health needs and following up your physician. It is not meant to be a tool
